Raleigh Autoglass covers the north side of Raleigh and the towns up US 1. Impex Auto Glass has no premises in Raleigh; the service is mobile, so the glass and the calibration equipment come to wherever your vehicle is: your driveway, your office lot or a parking space at the apartment. These are the areas this site serves, with what to know about each.

North Raleigh
The broad stretch of the city between the I-440 Beltline and I-540 and beyond it, crossed by Capital Boulevard (US 1) and Six Forks Road. Much of it is neighborhoods with driveways and garages, which suits a mobile windshield visit well. If your car has a camera behind the mirror, I-540 across the north of the city is the kind of long, marked road a dynamic calibration needs; see ADAS camera calibration in Raleigh.
North Hills
Just north of the Beltline, with offices, shops and apartments built around parking decks and surface lots. A windshield can be replaced in a work lot while you are at your desk, as long as there is room to open both front doors and stand at each side of the glass. A static calibration needs level ground and space in front of the car, which a crowded deck may not have; Impex will tell you where your vehicle’s calibration is finished when you book.
Six Forks
Along Six Forks Road north from North Hills toward I-540, mostly homes and neighborhood shopping. Stop and go traffic on any main road brings the odd low-speed front end bump, and after bumper or grille work the radar may need calibrating. See ADAS radar calibration in Raleigh.
Wakefield
In the far north of the city beyond I-540, a large area of homes with driveways and garages. A garage is the ideal spot for a mobile windshield job on a wet day. For a Subaru with EyeSight, the glass and the stereo camera calibration are done together; see Subaru windshield replacement.

Three short steps: the damage, the vehicle and how to reach you. Tell Impex the address where the car will be.
Youngsville
Up US 1 from North Raleigh. Impex brings the glass to homes and workplaces in town, so there is no need to drive a cracked windshield down to the city. Full details are on windshield replacement in Youngsville, NC.
Franklinton
Farther up US 1, served by the same mobile visit. The Youngsville page covers both towns: the visit, chip repair, calibration and the claim.
Calibration across the north side
Wherever you are on this list, the calibration follows the same rules. Impex performs ADAS calibration on site immediately after windshield replacement and completes static and dynamic calibrations in one visit; Impex says most take between 30 minutes and 2 hours. A dynamic calibration needs a dry road without heavy traffic or many curves, so a wet day or rush hour can push it back. A static calibration needs level ground and space for the targets in front of the car. When you book, give the address where the car will be, and Impex will say how your vehicle’s calibration will be handled there.
What every visit needs
- Room around the car to open both front doors fully.
- A firm, fairly level surface: driveway, garage, carport or parking space.
- Cover if possible on a wet day; a mobile visit can be moved when the weather does not allow the work to be done properly.
- The dash and the area behind the mirror cleared, with any dash camera or transponder removed from the glass.
- Time to leave the car until you are told it is ready. Impex says most drivers are back on the road within two hours of a windshield.

Questions people ask
Do I have to bring the car somewhere?
No. In North Raleigh, Youngsville and Franklinton the service is mobile: Impex comes to where the car is parked.
Can the work be done in a parking deck?
The windshield usually can, if there is room around the car. A static calibration needs level ground and space for the targets, so Impex will say where that part is done.
