Raleigh Autoglass is a website of Impex Auto Glass, which runs it for drivers in North Raleigh and nearby towns in North Carolina. This page says what the site collects and what is done with it.
The quote form
The quote form here is Impex Auto Glass’s own online quoter, provided to Impex by its quoting service, Omega EDI, and shown on this site in a frame. What you type into it travels to Impex through that service rather than through this website. Impex uses it to prepare your quote, contact you and carry out the work you ask for. It is not sold.
Phone calls
The number shown on this site is connected to Impex Auto Glass by a call forwarding service. That service logs that a call was made, with the calling number and the time.
Insurance details
If you ask Impex to deal with a glass claim, the insurer, policy and claim details you give are used to handle that claim with your insurer.
What this site does not do
It does not sell your details. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and nothing you enter in the quote form is passed to an advertising or analytics service.
Your details
To see, correct or remove what you have sent, contact Impex Auto Glass through the contact page. Records Impex must keep for a finished job or an insurance claim may be kept as long as that requires.
This policy can change, and the version on this page is the current one.
